Visibility - Education - Diversity

The Payne County Pride Association sets as its mission to connect communities through promoting, advocating for, and celebrating persons who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, or queer and their allies in a family-friendly way. We promote visibility, education, and diversity of queer issues and members of the queer community.
We can transform tolerance into acceptance. But doing so requires some first steps. The Payne County Pride Association exists to connect, promote, celebrate, and advocate for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans*, queer+, and their allies in a family-friendly way.
Join us as we host a pride festival, not just for Stillwater, but for the entirety of Payne County and beyond! Our reach spans across northern Oklahoma - encompassing the counties of Creek, Grant, Garfield, Kay, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Noble, Osage, and Pawnee. These counties have over 430,000 people; that's more than 10% of the state's population. Payne County Pride will be bringing in attendees from all these areas and beyond, including from OKC, Tulsa, and Wichita. Join us as we advocate for increased visibility, provide education, and support diversity of LGBTQ+ persons and topics.

Opportunities for Sponsors/Vendors

The Parade will be down Main St. in Downtown Stillwater, beginning at 10 am. This will not only show that you are a believer of affirming the right of all persons to exist and live authentically, but also give you the opportunity to give your employees a chance to directly engage with the community.

The vendor booths at the Picnic are a way for you to participate in our block party by engaging with attendees directly. You'll be able to fill your space however you like! While most might choose to bring a table and chairs, you are welcome to bring examples of your products or services and give attendees the chance to interactively engage with you. One booth space = room for an 8' table plus 1' buffer space on either side of it. If you do not bring a table, you will be able to use your 10' of space however you like. Vendors may beginning setting up at 8 am, people may start showing up at 10 am.
*parade and booth entries are due by March 30th.
Please note, all donations and sponsorship requests, including applications to be a vendor, are subject to review by the Payne County Pride Association to ensure that all sponsorships are in line with the mission of Payne County Pride.
